Luxury Live Calligraphy for Montblanc, Valentine's Day 2026 & Christmas Events 2025

Hi, I'm Candy. Melbourne-based live calligrapher with 10 years of practice and working at live events since 2018, trusted by Prada, Celine, Montblanc, Fendi, and 30+ luxury brands across Australia and worldwide. I specialise in both Western and Chinese calligraphy at live events.

I grew up in Hong Kong surrounded by Chinese characters... watching my dad write them, absorbing the culture before I even knew it would one day become part of my work. So when I picked up a Máobǐ brush at a brand event, it wasn't a performance. It was just... home.

On the Western side, I've hand-lettered names onto Prada gift boxes, Montblanc stationery, and Jo Malone perfume bottles. I've personalised products at Mecca, written for Fendi launches, and turned up to Adidas sporting events with my calligraphy pen.

How It Works

I show up early, set up a clean calligraphy station, and get to work as soon as guests arrive.

Guests approach, tell me their name or a message, and watch me write it. On paper, on a gift box, on a perfume bottle, on a leather tag... whatever your activation requested. Each piece takes a few minutes. The reaction is always the same: they can't believe someone just made that for them, right there, by hand.

What you get: a live art experience with genuine stopping power, organic social content from guests who want to film it, and a personalised keepsake that carries your brand home with them.

I grew up writing Chinese characters before I could write English ones. I use traditional tools, Máobǐ brushes, ink stone, brush pens, and I bring the cultural knowledge to match.
