Artist Bio
Candy Ng is a Melbourne-based fine artist specializing in still life oil paintings. She captures the beauty in everyday objects using light, vibrant colors, and texture to create a sense of warmth and nostalgia. Inspired by still life, food, and interior decorations, Candy’s work often reflects personal memories, making a deep connection with viewers.
Her work has been showcased in exhibitions across Melbourne, including Crown Street Stables, Show Your West, POP UP Gallery, and Sleepless Footscray. She collaborated with Pullman Hotels on the E/SCAPES NFT digital art exhibition, which was displayed interstates like Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane. Candy has also taken part in artist residencies at Artsbox (Footscray Library) and Kingston Arts Centre, solidifying her presence in the creative community.
Apart from fine art, Candy is a sought-after live event illustrator and calligrapher, working with luxury brands, corporate clients and private events like weddings. Her live art brings an interactive and elegant touch to special occasions, capturing moments in a unique and timeless way.
Candy believes that art has the power to inspire and connect people. Whether through still life paintings or live event illustrations, she aims to create meaningful experiences and lasting memories.
