I'm Candy, a live event illustrator based in Melbourne, and I've been painting at live events since 2018, turning ordinary events into ones guests genuinely can't stop talking about.
I sketch guests live, right there at your event. Each portrait takes around 5 to 7 minutes. They walk away holding a personalised illustration of themselves, and your brand is on the paper. It's experiential, it's emotional, and it works.

How It Works
I set up an illustration station at your venue before guests arrive. Just a table, my materials, and me.
As guests approach, I take a quick reference photo and start sketching. Each illustration captures their outfit, their energy, the details that make them them. Once finished, it's professionally packaged and ready to take home within minutes.
For larger scale events, I bring a selected team of experienced illustrators so more guests can get their moment.

What I Can Do For Your Event
Live event illustration isn't one-size-fits-all. Here's what's available:
- Live guest portraits: I sketch each guest individually at your event. Fashion-forward, expressive, personal. Around 8-10 guests per hour.
- Product customisation: I paint directly onto your products, gift boxes, bottles, leather tags, paper fans, and more. This is where illustration meets your brand in a really tactile, memorable way.
- Live workshops: I guide your VIPs through a simple creative activity they can take home. Watercolour painting, soft clay, handbag sketching. Interactive, fun, completely on-brand.
- Interactive art installations: I create live canvas paintings or digital large-scale artworks. These become the centrepiece of the room.
