I'm Candy, an experienced live Event and Fashion Illustrator in Melbourne. I've been painting live at events since 2018, turning any events into ones guests genuinely can't stop talking about.
Here’s how it works: I set up at your event and approach your guests to sketch them live, either using a photo as a reference or with guests sitting for me. Each guest takes around 5 to 7 minutes. They walk away holding a hand-drawn portrait of themselves, with your brand on the paper. It’s memorable and creates genuine buzz and excitement.

My Style, and How I Adapt It to Yours
My illustration style is fashion-forward, elegant and minimalist. Each portrait captures the outfit, the accessories, the posture, the small details that make a person them. Lines are minimal and confident. The result feels editorial.
For luxury brand clients, I work closely with your brief. If your aesthetic is minimal and clean, I pull back the line weight and use a soft watercolour style. If you want something bold and colourful, I bring that energy. If you have any special request, share them with me before the event and I’ll make sure every illustration matches your brand.

I sketch each guest individually at your event. Fashion-forward, expressive, personal. Around 8-10 guests per hour.
Product Customisation
I paint directly onto your products, gift boxes, bottles, leather tags, paper fans, and more. This is where illustration meets your brand in a really tactile, memorable way.
Live Workshops
I guide your VIPs through a simple creative activity they can take home. Watercolour painting, soft clay, handbag sketching. Interactive, fun, completely on-brand.
