I'm Candy, a Melbourne-based live engraver specialising in free-hand engraving for luxury brand activations and corporate events.

Free-hand engraving is exactly what it sounds like. I engrave names, messages, and custom illustrations directly onto your products by hand, right there at your event. Guests watch it happen in real time, and walk away holding something that genuinely couldn't exist anywhere else.

How It Works

I set up an engraving station at your venue before guests arrive. Portable tools, clean setup, no powerpoint required.

Guests choose what they'd like: their initial, name, a short message, or a custom illustration. I draft the design on the product first so they can see exactly how it'll look, then I engrave. The whole process takes a few minutes, and every single piece comes out differently and still looks beautifully.

For larger events or events across multiple days and venues, I bring a selected team of experienced engravers so the line keeps moving and every guest gets their moment.

What you get: a live experience guests genuinely stop and watch, organic content they want to share, and a personalised keepsake that keeps your brand on their shelf long after the event ends.

What I Can Engrave

Commonly engraved surfaces include fragrance bottles, metal bracelets, compact mirrors, wine glasses, wine and liquor bottles, glassware, candles, lipsticks, cosmetics, skincare products, silver trays and cutlery, and stainless steel tumblers. If it's not on this list, ask anyway.

I offer two type of engraving, tailored to your brand and your brief:

Calligraphy engraving: Names, initials, messages, and short phrases hand-lettered directly onto your product in an elegant calligraphy script.
Illustration engraving: Custom illustrations engraved onto your product. Botanical motifs, brand icons, abstract designs... whatever fits your aesthetic.
